Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play an EXTREMELY important role in our Sales and Marketing Department, and this creates a rewarding opportunity for top inside sales professionals seeking a fast-paced, challenging, and fun environment.

The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales
opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated.

Job Duties:

  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster the lead relationship
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in the CRM tool
  • Educate leads on Solar and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a Sales Rep
  • Schedule, confirm and dispatch Solar consultation appointments to the Sales Team

Key Requirements:

  • 1 year of proven excellence in telemarketing, inside sales and/or outside sales desired
  • Experience in Solar is desired
  • Experience using SalesForce or comparable CRM is strongly desired
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be motivated to exceed base salary and achieve commissions


  • Tiered levels of base pay based on performance
  • Weekly Commissions
  • Performance Bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour

You only need:
80% English.
To be at least 18 years old.
